I eat at a deficit every day regardless of working out or not. 1953 calories! I'm supposed to lose .5 pounds a week but I only have about 10 more pounds to lose. Can I still get to my goals if I don't really focus on fats/carbs?

Yes. (Assuming you are using a food scale.)0

Calories are all that matters to weight loss. But I would still make sure you're getting enough fat in your diet.1

Oh I am. I always go over fats and never go over on carbs which was a surprise when I started counting.
And yes I do weigh every single thing with food scales. Have one for home and one for work.
