I'm not new to fitness, just new to fitness with spinal injuries in my neck and lower back. I had given up on exercise because when my physical condition changed my mental image didn't change with it. Now I am armed with a new perspective, a much better out look and a desire to not feel like crap anymore. I am not using a scale to track my progress, but I am rather going by how I feel. I used to really feel good between about 195 and 205 and I'm not sure if I will anymore. So with the blessing of my doctor I am doing weight light weight lifting, yoga, and riding my bike. I have started using My Fitness Pal to help me do something I have never done before and that is keep an accurate count of what I am eating. Just trying a new approach on things and that is one of them.
