I like to call this the pescatarian trail diet lol!
If you're like me and eat a lot of dense protein, this challenge is perfect for you. I'm doing this challenge just to switch things up in my dieting. And give my body and break from digesting all the hard protein I eat. So no meat only seafood. And for me idk about others I also do low carb as well. I'd love to have other people with me on these 14 days, so we can motivate each other..

So if your down with this challenge and just love your challenge yourself. ADD ME. Or I can create a group or some for us to motivate each other, share recipes, etc.
