Like a rollercoaster my health nutrition and fitness choices have been spiraling in a downward direction over the past year. I have the desire to change and I know my body is screaming loudly for a change. I love this community and have had success before with the encourage and support I've received. I feel so tired today and defeated. I can't do this by myself. I welcome any support and encouragement. Please feel free to add me so we can encourage each other.

    Hey, Chuck! I wish you the best of luck with your goal! I know with the right motivation you will achieve it. This may seem silly but it actually works. Write down your "WHY" why do want to achieve these goals and put it somewhere where you will see it every day. This is help you stay motivated. When you feel like you cannot do it, look back at why you started!
