Hey guys , just wondering if I eat carbs at night is really bad or not ? I'm not trying to loose weight at the moment , I'm actually trying to maintain or gain a little slowly . And I'm trying to put on as much muscle as I can . So idk if eating carbs late will affect my goal ? Should I just eat them in the morning or is it ok to eat them any time ?

Meal/nutrient timing is irrelevant for weight loss.

    Any time is fine.

I try to eat only within a 12 hour period each day, to try and combat late night, boredom eating. E.g. if breakfast is at 8am, then I try not to snack after 8pm. It helps my sleep quality a little compared with nights when I have supper after 10pm.
