Alternating arm dumbbell exercises. Start with the weak side and continue to failure on that weak side.1

I was born with a left hand with no fingers. To keep my left arm as strong as my right, I make a conscious effort to use it as much as I can even with little things like driving...anything to continually work the muscles on that side. Also, during high school, I did more reps with my left arm to keep the size up to par with my right.1

As someone else has said. Start with the weaker side. And make sure to never do more reps with the stronger side than the weaker side. Focus on unilateral movements.0
