Do I bring my daily calories up or down?

O.k., this doesn't make any sense. I started using MFP 5 months ago and lost 30+ pounds in the first 3 months. About 2 months ago I stalled at around 217 lbs and have been there ever since. The last two weeks since nothing was working I decided to not exercise and eat over (sometimes way over) my 2,100 daily calories that I was on since I started. Weighed myself today and 217. Didn't gain any weight. I'm now completely lost. Do I eat way less calories or add more?
Here are the stats:
217 lbs
37 years old
male
5'10"
RMR - 1,900 (tested)
moderately active to active
Here's what MFP has set for me:
Calories : 2,100
Carbs : 289
Fats : 70
Protein : 79
Sodium : 2,500
Sugar : 42
I can pretty much guarantee I'll go over on sugar and sodium but all the others are where they should be. Any ideas?

Do you own a food scale?
I would read the following link, apply it where possible, stay at 2100 and see what happens in two weeks:

I'd also consider dropping CHO to about 200 and sticking it into protein.0 -
MFP doesn't want you to include your exercise calories in your activity level. If you're eating back exercise calories, and you have a sedentary job, then you may be double counting and just eating too much.0
