Right, so I'm well overweight. 88kgs and looking to lose 12kgs which is just under 12st. I have knee and shoulder issues and I drink too much red wine!!!
But...today I enrolled at the local gym and I am gonna get there by hook or by crook.
Any tips gratefully received!
