its really nice I have to say. I used to use an hrm all the time. so I am familiar with my body rhythms etc which would help in using this as far as knowing accuracy. I find it to be quite accurate actually. I have also decided to get a leaf tracker next month to go in conjunction with this for many reasons. There are things both of these cant do and then can do. so together I will have what I need.0
