I ate two Tottenham cakes and now I feel extremely guilty...

    Track them and make them fit your weekly calorie intake.

    Yup.. spend an extra 20 min in the gym for a couple days, or go a little lower than normal with your calories and make it work. You can enjoy them and not have to feel guilty.
