Pack pain

I think I pulled something. Or have a knot in upper back. Reared Monday and Tuesday. It was very uncomfortable and painful yesterday. Today it's better. Slightly dull and sore. But I want to go to my bootcamp. Think that's dumb? I will be careful but I don't want to rest for 3 straight days.

    Talk to the trainer and tell him about it.. it might be something you can roll out or it might be something you need to rest. Just let the boot camp trainer know, he should be able to make up alternative workouts for you today :)
