Most normal humans get most of their energy from carbs. Why do you want to eat keto? (And it's not an acronym, just short for "ketogenic".)3

I dont have a exact reason to start ketogenic I knew it was that dont why i put it in capitals lol, Just feel like i will lose a lot of weight a lot faster as you are using fat instead of carbs0

Hehe! Well, you'll lose a lot of water faster on keto, but to lose "true" weight - fat, you just have to be in a calorie deficit. Your body takes the energy it needs to do the things it does (keeping you alive, warm, breathing, heart pumping, digestion, thinking, moving) from your fat/glycogen reserves if it doesn't get enough from what you eat. What energy sources you eat, doesn't matter for this process. (It can make a difference, as in the route can be differerent, but the end result - weight loss - will be the same, provided calorie intake is the same.)3

so your saying if i stick to my 2320 calories a day and my 300 calories exercise and are usually around 500 under i shall carry on losing weight the same speed, also how do i know im calorie deficit?0

I am saying that you can eat any way you choose, and you lose weight if you have a sustained calorie deficit. You should stick to the calorie goal MFP gave you. If you do that, you will lose weight. You will not lose at the same speed - for one, it will slow down as you lose, and for two(?), you won't see your fat loss on the scale until you have enough readings to see a definite trend.
You can assume that you're in a calorie deficit when you estimate your TDEE, and then faithfully weigh and log everything that goes into your mouth, and don't exceed your esitmated TDEE.
You will know that you're in a calorie deficit when you know that you're losing weight.1 -
