Hello. My motivation is back and I'm ready to lose 10lb!

Hello! I am 5'0 my top weight has been 118.5 which I hit last last year and my lowest weight was 103.5 about three years ago. For quite awhile I maintained the weight of 108 in 2013-2014 and even 2015 but I haven't seen that number in awhile. I am 115 now & my goal is 105-108. I really need to cut down on eating fast food, I love my ice caps! Also booze .. my last drink was a week ago. I really hope I can do this it seems harder to lose the weight the older I get. I have a lot of motivation right now but it never seems to last I'm hoping if I see results I will keep on trekking. I work out at home I can't afford the gym right now. When spring comes I am going to start running I have a running buddy who is on vacation right now.
