To Eat or Not to eat ?

I usually eat mostly protein in the morning , but I started with fruit this morning and I am having such a hungry day . in 5 hrs I already put away a small fruit bowl ,grapefruit , potato , protein bar and a turkey wrap. I am still hungry , should I just ignore my stomach?

    This always happens to me when I begin the day with fruit.

    If I'd already had a potato, protein bar, and turkey wrap in addition to the fruit, I would just ignore my stomach. But if you're truly miserable you could always eat more and just chalk this up to a good learning experience.

    drinking 2 glasses of water and I will go for a walk in a little while , moving always seems to help the hunger subside

    Have a hot beverage... tea, coffee, cocoa...

    I had 2 cups of coffee already , that's my go to and sometimes green tea
