    I watch too! When they lose weight and change their lives, it makes me cry happy tears for them. I watch hoarders too. Then I get up and clean the house, lol.

    Right? He takes no Bulls hit. It's unfortunate that some of them think the surgery is a quick fix and he calls them out on it.

    I watch it from time to time. Dr. Now has like 0 charisma, but maybe that's why he so great as a doctor.

    I don't feel bad about it. When I was obese, I snippets of the show on YouTube, and those people were one of the smaller reasons I finally upped and lost weight.
