New here and looking for tips to getting healthy!

Hi everyone,
My name is Mary and I just started myfitnesspal today because I am finally tired of being physically unfit and overweight. I have a one year old at home and never lost the extra 30 pounds I kept after delivery. I think my main challenge will be the food as I LOVE late night snacking and any kinds of sweets. I would love to get recipes from anyone willing to share and chat about any techniques that have worked for you. Looking forward to having much more energy to follow my little man around!
