I just joined my fitness pal in hope to get a better relationship with food/fitness
I'm a mom of 2 girls. I gave birth last August and since then I have not really been able to loose any weight. I was 238lbs delivery day and I'm at 230lbs now. Even with nursing my baby I don't loose anything like I thought I would. I have a friends wedding this summer and i would love to feel comfortable and confident in a dress so my hopes is to loose around 50-60lbs. I've been using the elliptical daily for about an hour to an hour and a half daily with a 1500 calorie day diet. I'm excited about this journey and I'm hoping I can do it!
