adding friends and seeking food diary advice and tips

Hello!

I've been logging for just over a month now and am excercising regularly for a few months.

I'm not seeing huge weightloss and I know that primarily that is to to with my diet. I'm a size 10 now and am looking to get to an 8 if possible but also increase my fitness.

Is there anyone out there who would mind me adding them as a friend so I can look at some peoples diarys and get some inspiration? Or even if they could just give me an honest opinion about mine?

    If you don't have a lot to lose - and at a size 10, you don't - any loss will be slow.

    What you eat is not really important for weightloss. First of all you need a calorie deficit, and then you need patience. Accurate logging, realistic expectations and lots of patience, will give you success.
