New Starter, long way to go

Hi
Im a 38 year old guy. Im looking to lose weight and build lean muscle mass.
Im currently 20st 3lb due to 3 years of very little exercise following a motorbike accident.
I race motorbikes (F2 sidecar) and play in a Type O Negative Tribute band

My current workout schedule:
Monday:Weights (2-2.5 hours) at Thegym Newcastle City
Tuesday: Muay Thai (90 minutes), Kali Sikaran (90 minutes) at Team Phoenix Martial Arts
Wednesday: Muay Thai (90. Minutes)
Thursday: Kali Sikaran (90 Minutes)
Friday (or Saturday depending on work) Weights (2-2.5 hours)

Food:
2000-2400 calories a day: 150-250g protein

At my fittest, when I was fighting Muay Thai I was 16st 7. Im build a lot of mysvle mass over the last few years due tonsidecar racing, believe that if i can get down to 17-18st i'll be in good shape again.

Im astnmatic and have serious knee injuries rue to my crash so I have some challenges to owndhxr151hf5t3.jpg
