Hi
I'm kariman from Egypt 28 years old ..married and have a wonderful 10months baby girl ( Malika).
I had a c-section I started workouts before but everytime the scar started to hurt ..so have to stop ..I was 64 kg after 1 months of the delivery ...now I'm 71 kg
