How do you count boot camp workouts?

I recently signed up for some boot camp style classes at the Y. I do them 2x a week and I pretty much regret every life decision I've ever made while I'm in them. They vary each class though and we do a bunch of different styles of exercises (TRX, cycling, gym sprints, box jumps, jacob's ladder, and other things I don't know the name of) and while I don't wear a HR monitor I can tell mine is through the roof, way higher than it feels when I'm on the precor elliptical and according to it I'm usually in the 150-160 range. How do you estimate calories burned for this kind of exercise? We go the whole time and my HR is elevated the entire time. I've been guessing it around 600ish but I don't eat all of those back. I'm 5'9, 259lbs right now.

I do Barry's Bootcamp and I have the same challenge. The class is half cardio and have strength training, though the strength training includes anything from squats with weights to burpees.
I have simply counted only the calories burned at the treadmill and eaten those back to be sure I don't go over, but I obviously burn more.
I would do an estimate by putting in the exercises in the exercise database, round up the total and then go somewhat below that.0 -
I would log it as circuit training on mfp. That will give you a rough estimate.0
