How long have you been stuck, what's your height, weight, age, etc., and do you weigh your food and log it? Just need more info to be helpful.

Agreed. If you've been stuck that long then you are eating at your TDEE level. You will need to be more accurate in your logging and drop your calories. My guess is that if you were meticulous in your logging and weighed everything you'd see you're eating probably 30-50% more calories than you think. Even pre-packaged food that says what it weighs and how many calories can be off by quite a bit. I've picked up protein bars that are supposed to weigh 88g each for 380 calories and if you put them on a scale they are anywhere from 68g to 105g. If I ate the one that weighed 105g and logged it as one that weighed 380g as the package says, I'd be logging 380 calories instead of the 587 calories it actually was. That's a 206 calorie difference. That's why everyone will tell you to weigh everything, it's not to annoy you, it's because it's the only way to be accurate.

I found my old dial scale to be terribly inaccurate. My digital scale, and it's a cheap one, was much closer to the high priced scale my doctor uses.
