How much weigh do you think I can loose?

Hi I'm currently 9 stone 10lbs and I'm 31 and 5ft7.
I would ideally like to get down to 8 1/2 stone.
At my lowest 2 years ago I was 7 stone 10 but looked awful and unwell.
What is the ideal weight for my height?
I've been eating better and more exercise for last 2 weeks ..only 1400 cals a day and 1 hour cardio daily.
I weighed myself today and can't see any difference but I've noticed my jeans are less tight and my face isn't bloated at all now (it was very bloated a few weeks ago)
How long before the scales should go down?

I think you'll see the scales change very soon. Obviously, you're already seeing changes in your appearance. Be sure to mix up the cardio (don't always do the same cardio workout each time). You might also want to add a couple of strength training sessions, nothing to serious, just pushups, planks, bodyweight squats, rows, etc. Also, I'm American so how much is 9 stone in pounds?0

The weight you're at now is right in the middle of an ideal weight. Because of that it's going to be slow going as you lose.GrayRider61 wrote: »Also, I'm American so how much is 9 stone in pounds?
A stone is 14 pounds, so OP's weight now is 136 pounds (9x14+10)0 -
Yeah, just going by "5 pounds per inch over 5" estimation? You're at a perfect weight now, and the BMI calculator agrees.
Your goal weight is literally THE last pound before you hit the "underweight" BMI designation. You're aiming for 119, and at 118 the calculator flips to "underweight."0
