Introduction

Hi! I'm using myfitnesspal to lose 13 lbs and get my body fat below 25%. I've been up and down from 125-138 since May 2015 but have been holding steady in my 130s for the last six months or so.

I'm not obsessed with the numbers on the scale, but I just had to buy new jeans, so it's time to shut the show down. Hoping to make friends and make this an enjoyable process!

Would love any tips on how to get/stay motivated when trying to lose that last bit of weight.

    What I've been recently told on my journey is that stay off the scale lol, don't know what's really working until you measure. You don't know if it's fat, water weight or gaining muscle from the scale.
