Journey to happiness! Friends to motivate each other! :)

Began my fitness Journey in early November 2016. I knew I needed to make a change when I had no energy and started to develop a negative mindset. I kept going and just stay consistent. Didn't do any crazy strict diets, just limited my portions, carbs, and replace my beef with more turkey meat. I must say, i am beyond blessed that I have gone this far and continue on with this beautiful Journey I call happiness.

Looking to make new friends to motivate each other and keep us going! :)
