    I would love to have some friends who are doing keto, too! I tried it once before with great success and got derailed during the holidays. I've just started back on keto yesterday, and would love to have friends to keep me accountable, swap recipes and ideas with, etc.

    Ok I started actually before Christmas
    That was a crazy time to Change eating habits
    But since then have struggled to stay with it. I was finding that I was not seeing any results with the scale
    This may be a great encouragement to see how to stick with it.
