From personal experience, do as much cardio as possible, count your calories (eat the right things) and just keep going. From personal experience, you'll get there. It will just take time.

Um. Thanks? But I don't know if "do as much cardio as possible" is the best advice. What about strength training? That's important too.0

And what about those who don't want to/can't do cardio?0

What? I don't "do cardio" and I lost 50 pounds not doing cardio. I'm actually maintaining a healthy weight for the first time in my life by ignoring "eat the right things". I eat what I want when I need it, and I move daily. That's all it takes. No pushing, no external motivation needed.0
