I joined this app last year and dropped about 28lbs. Having to document my intake was a huge help and once I saw the results it kept me on course. During the football and winter months I put about half back on which is ok cause I'm at least starting at a lower weight this year so hopefully I'll be able to reach my goal a little easier this year and maybe an extra 5lbs! As we all know the older we get the harder it is to shed those pounds. Guess my point is, this app is really helpful and a good tool "IF" you're willing to stick to it and most important, "be honest" with what meals you ate and add to your daily chart. Good luck to all!
