Coffee drinkers ☕️: what low cal choice do you add? I've been using sugar-free vanilla caramel (powder) + cinnamon for a while. Thinking about switching it up! ☕️

Mine isn't low cal but it is low sugar and has good protein and healthy fats. I blend a cup of brewed coffee with 1/2 tsp coconut oil, a few TB of milk and half a scoop of chocolate protein powder

I use sugar free torani syrups. Most are 0 calorie, a few are 5 calories and a half cup of nut milk - around 13-15 calories.

I use flavored coffee, sugar and milk. That way it's lower sodium and lower fat than creamers.

I've just started drinking coffee and have already discovered what calorie bombs it can be lol. Darn Almond Joy flavored creamer has sucked me in, at 70 calories a cup :p

If I have high quality beans, I make the coffee right and nothing is needed.

If I have lousy coffee, I put sugar free hazelnut coffeemate creamer in. Low calorie and it doesn't taste chemical-y compared to syrups etc.

Those skinny latte foams are horrible, steer clear of them.

@crzycatlady1 I adore the Almond Joy coffee creamer. So delicious! All of the International Delights are really good though.
