New Goals and Workout Plan Starting Tomorrow

Tomorrow I will be starting New Goals and a Workout Plan that changes each week so I work different parts of my body each week. Below are my goals that I'm hoping to meet by the end of the year.

Weight Goals:
My Starting Weight is 230.8 pounds
My Goal Weight is between 150-160 pounds
Hoping to meet this or come close to this by the end of the year.

Workout Plan:
I have created a new plan that I will be starting tomorrow I'm doing Cardio, Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs/Core that will change each week.

Please feel free to friend me as I'm going to need all the motivation I can get as I hit this really hard starting tomorrow.

    Good luck! My current weight is the same as yours. I am hoping to be 180 lbs give or take by the 3rd week in August (my 30th HS reunion) . Ultimate goal is to be to 140 by this time next year. I want to take my time taking off the last 40 lbs to avoid as much excess skin as I can. My highest known weight was 245.

    I go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and do strength training plus cardio. Waiting for warm weather so I can get out on my bike again!

    I'm similar to you but I'm currently around 194pounds. But I've hit a motivational plateau- I'm looking for some motivation and similar people
