    I actually just realized after I posted this and my hubby tried this saying- sorry but it tastes like cauliflower... so I guess cauliflower is the ONLY vegetable I like!

    I do actually like cauliflower and my wife and I use cauliflower "rice" for some things (namely because we both do double veg with our evening meals rather than a starch/grain) when we're cutting...but yeah, cauliflower rice with our stir fry is good, but it's not rice for sure...

    I've done something similar. When I was doing low carb it totally took away the craving for hash browns!
