I just passed my first 50 days in a row using MFP, and decided to jump in here on the message boards.
A plant powered 26 year old at 157lbs just looking to sort out some muscle imbalances, make some gains, and expand my knowledge of fitness.
Just started lifting the other month; not pulling a lot of weight yet, but form is improving exponentially. Really interested in increasing my knowledge in nutrition, and how to develop a wholesome and sustainable eating program.
Being a noob, adds are good.
