Breakfast - I "pack" this the same way I pack my lunch, the night before.
Greek yogurt parfait. Greek yogurt - Fiber One cereal - chopped nuts - berries. The night before I dump yogurt & berries in a covered soup mug (store in fridge). Then I measure dry stuff & put in a baggie. In the a.m. I dump it in the yogurt mixture.
OR
Oatmeal - I like steel cut, so I pre-cook a big batch. In the a.m. I add a splash of milk and re-heat. Then I have a baggie with chopped nuts, cinnamon & Splenda.
OR
Egg McMuffin. Bake 9 eggs + 9 egg whites in a 9" square pan. Cut into squares & freeze with Canadian bacon slices. Put in fridge to thaw (the night before). In the a.m. reheat eggs while toasting a high fiber English muffin, add a piece of 2% cheese.2 -
I find it helps to fast until lunch. I have a desk job and I start at 9 so I find a coffee keeps me going till lunch. I usually have a protein bar OR if I'm feeling organized I'll meal prep. I usually do 3.5oz salmon or chicken with green beans, 200g sweet potato and lemon juice as dressing. I prefer most of my calories at night though.1

I take cold chicken and veg for lunch most days. sometimes make fresh cous cous with the hot water available and stir it through.
Or Tuna mayonnaise and pasta with veg
Or a tin of fish (mackerel or sardines) with veg.
Veg usually consists of 50g peas, 50g carrots, 25g spinach, 25g kale and maybe some broccoli if dad's allotment has been fruitful lol I find the veg aspect very filling.
hard boiled eggs, bananas and apples as snacks. Ooh and yoghurts, again on the windowsill or ice pack, and eat as first snack so they don't sit around too long.
I am lucky in that I can eat the same thing day in day out and not get bored. Easier on prepping and packing.
Tis tricky not having a fridge, but ice packs help. or recently in the cold weather I have been putting food outside on the window ledge. Gets some weird looks but works a treat, others do it for their coffee milk.
Have brekkie at the gym (free) so cannot help there sorry1 -
Adding a protein like Cheese to your porridge can help keep you satisfied. Also stay away from the fruity ones with sugar because I found they make me hungrier.1
