Just had sea bass in a salt crust and was wondering how many calories/protein/fat/etc there are per fish. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me out here.

how many cubic inches was the fish
I would say it was around 30 cm in diameter, I have no idea how many inches that is. It seemed rather big to me.0 -
The density should be close to 1g/cm cubed, so you should be able to use 16.387 cubic centimeters per cubic inch to calculate that if you have a weight in grams of meat consumed. If you have pounds you can use 453.59 g/lb0
