I have come to realize that though I am an all or nothing kinda gal, this approach doesn't work for me when I want to lose weight. I am what I call a "phaser" - someone who has to do things in phase that will lead me to the bigger goal/picture.

I want to start eating Paleo, and have wanted to for the last couple of year, but seemed overwhelmed at the thought of the overall change at once.

If anyone here has began and continues their Paleo journey, what advice would or do you have to make this a long lasting and successful change and journey?
