Do Panera salads include dressing in food logs? Or do I need to add those in addition?

If the dressing is part of the salad it's included. If it came without dressing, then you'd need to log it separately.

Can't agree with that. Panera has a good selection of meals that have reasonable portions. I can always get something that fits my calories there, and that I like eating. Definitely not a"diet killer".

OP, check the Panera website. It should say whether the dressing is included in the salad calories, or give separate entries for the dressing. The MFP database entries can be inaccurate, so be careful which one you use it create your own.

I agree, Panera is so easy to get something healthy if you don't order on menu. I never order any of the menu items I just custom make my own meals. For <400 calories I can have a youpick2 smoked turkey sandwich on whole grain/sourdough/rye with lettuce tomato onion, a classic cafe salad (I sub poppyseed or thai chili which is the lowest calorie dressing and add extra lettuce), and fruit cup!

If your location near you has the new kiosks, and if you go to the customize option under the salad you pick it should show you each ingredient calories and even let you remove/add some!
