So how do I use this handy new machine I found in my basement? Do I just swing away like I'm on a funky treadmill?

    Put your feet on the foot things, hold on to the handles - move your arms and legs back and forth.

    I think it was called a Gazelle and the infomercial for it was pretty funny. Hold the handles and step onto the foot plates. Get a really exaggerated stride going and scream "You can doooo it"
