Loss 22 pounds!!!

Since the end of December through February. I have lost 22 pounds! I have avoided bread and cheese. I feel with both being eliminated it's has totally change the way I have been feeling. I eat more fish, chicken, lot of lentil soup, 3 bean turkey meat chili and snacking on a 32 G protein muscle milk and quest protein bars. I have an Orange and banana every few hours during the day when I am working. I avoid snacks that have high sugar and HFCS also avoiding high Carbs during the night as well. I am now on week 2 of program called 4 weeks to shed. I have put on at least 1.5-2 pounds of muscle! I have 2 more weeks hoping to continue the increase of muscle and after 4 weeks, I will focus on light strength training and more conditioning as I get ready for a 10 mile Run coming up May 7th. Hope this helps certain people out there. If you want results change is not a bad thing.
