Day 8 Done! 1 min. Worked out arms yesterday, so I definitely felt it this morning but managed to hang on.0

Day 12 done! ( missed two days during the weekend ...)
Although I have to admit that I found the step from 1min to 1.5min quite hard; I had to switch from planks with straight arms to forearm planks...
