I have been in and out of MFP over the years, trying other programs and apps. I came back mostly because I have to track my sodium levels and this is the only app I've found that keeps a running track of what I have left after each entry. It's been an uphill battle (mostly uphill), mostly because I stopped cooking a while back and we eat out every night. I know the damage it's doing but after a full day of teaching kindergarteners, I don't feel like food prep and clean up. Besides my kitchen is a mess and I have so much junk on the table that we have no where to eat. So I do the best I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm already overwhelmed with just my 2 kids, I can't imagine a whole classroom full of them! Work can be pretty draining & when limited in time you can relax its hard to want to spend it prepping. Me & my husband are used to ignoring our clutter & our table was always full of randomness, still kinda is. I am only now starting to get more serious about cleaning & purging. It helps soo much with being in the mood to cook or even think positively, cluttered home cluttered mind, ya know? Anyway, feel free to add me I'm pretty dedicated to being on here daily.0
