Introducing myself

Hello, I'm Amber, I have been using fitness pal for awhile and have lost about 32 pounds! This is my first time to introduce myself, I am more motivated than ever. what has worked for me is logging my calories and group fitness at the gym 5 days a week. I am almost 38 and have 3 kids and a full time job so I have to stay motivated to get my workouts in!
