Hi Everyone,

Joe here from Walsall in the UK. I started with this site on 7th March.

I currently weigh 210 lbs and my target is 168 lbs by 1st August, losing 2lbs per week. I've been trying to lose weight for several months but my problem is never feeling full, comfort eating and no exercise. I used to be super fit until I bought my first motorbike in 2009 and have had problems ever since. I feel fat and lazy and miss feeling lean and toned, so I am most determined to lose this weight. I've started a home-based workout and have changed my diet. I've also recently gotten rid of a major stress in my life so now I can concentrate on sorting myself out, no excuses!

    Hi, Joe. I'm Shannon. I ballooned, too. We're the same weight but I need to lose a bit more. Yay for being short and female! I don't have a date on my goal, just an endpoint.

    Thanks for replying Shannon. I'm big boned so 168 lbs is about as low as I'm going to get and I bet it'll be hard getting there. Let's have a race! To 168 lbs anyway...
