I had bypass surgery 2 years ago and fell into a depressed mode since. I'm finally getting myself back together. I was over weight at 270 but now I'm at 314. I'm watching calories and carbs. I will be 60 in May. Can anyone offer any good workout ideas to help me get started. I use to do cardio and weights. After not really doing anything for quite a while I could use some suggestions.
Thank you
Anthony

Starting a get it together plan for myself, and just remember advice received awhile ago that whatever exercise you choose...make it something you enjoy. Anyway, that is my strategy as I start out on this journey.0

Activities are important. You should enjoy it and look forward to doing it. I would start with walking, swimming if possible. Don't suggest lifting just yet. Freind me if you like0
