An acquaintance recommended the app. I like it so far. Having a desk job, it looks like I need to exercise several hours a day just to have my coffee creamer. Might be time to go back to black.
Goal weight loss is 75 pounds. Put it all on in about three years. I've never been this size, and it's been a real eye-opener. I mourn the simple things that I can no longer do, like wash my back without a brush. Crazy how filling out leaves no room for your muscles to move. But it makes sense, too.

Happy to have friends, but only if serious about and committed to life changes and accountability.
