I will be 60 May 28th I have had some health issues for the past couple years looking to drop 60 by my birthday or as close to it as I can! 314 now would love to be 250 by my 60th b-day and have a great celebration!
My biggest weakness is accountability so any motivation will be accepted and appreciated!
Thank you
Anthony

Why such a big target in such a short time,? That's a lot to expect in 2 months I would hate you to get dissolutioned. Better to go with a more realistic goal thatyou can stick with. Good luck I hope you achieve your goals.

I don't think it's safe or realistic to even try that much so soon. I'm not implying that it can't be done but that's like 6 lbs a week. It would
take serious starvation and exercise to do that. Us old dudes have a hard enough time dropping a little. I do a funny little old guy dance each time I drop a few pounds.
I set my goals more by a belt notch a month and a pant size every other month. Small achievable goals with a reward for every
accomplishment. I can do it in baby steps and see I'm winning.

Wishing you a lot of success in your goal and just be safe. I'll keep my eye on your progress.

I'm not great at maths, but rough calculations suggest you would need to be in a deficit of ~2,700 calories A DAY to lose that much weight in that amount of time. That kind of deficit is impossible. And if it were possible it would be deeply, deeply unhealthy.

You could probably aim for 2lbs a week and be down 20lbs by then. That might seem disappointing now but you will feel awesome having lost that much.

How about 20 by 60? That's a lot to tackle in a short amount of time. My goal is 40 by 40, but I have until Oct. so totally doable healthily.

How about goal 300 by birthday and 61 by 61. Much more realistic.
