Hi everyone! My name is Alyssa. I am looking to lose weight and make some healthy changes. I've been on this rollercoaster for many years. I've realized the last few months that I think I would have a lot more success if I had more support, instead of going at it alone. I think it's a lot less frustrating when you know somebody else is in the same boat - makes you feel less crazy. :smile:
