I'm stuck

I need to 115 lbs. I lost 15 and then just stopped. I've reduced my calories by another 100 and exercise daily. I'm at a loss. I have so much more to go. I've been stuck for a couple weeks.

    If you're not weighing all food on a digital scale, i'd start with that. It's possible you've been mis-measuring.

    For other common reasons for plateaus, search the forum for "weight loss flow chart". :+1:

    OP, don't get discouraged just yet. Two weeks is a blip on the radar. Think long term! Someone here wiser than me once said, 'Even if I didn't lose weight this week, am I really worse off for having eaten well and exercised?' That really stuck with me!
