When your weight loss stalls? I have a made a post before about plateauing and received lots of helpful advice about cleaning up my diet which I have done. I am still considered obese at 215 lbs and 5'4. I am really just trying to get out of the 2s then I will re-evaluate from there. I hear that the last 15 lbs is the hardest to shed (my first goal is 199) but hopefully my body is not at a comfy weight of 215, it can't be right? Since I am still overweight. I track everything and exercise daily with walking, cardio, and weights. Overall I have lost about 35 lbs (since June 2016) so I am happy about that, just losing motivation as I have been stuck at this weight for about almost 2 months. Hoping to hear from others about what they have done to get the weight loss going again? Thank you.

Yes. I have. Thank you. I always end at the last red/pink circle. Frustrating.

Drink lots of water, stay the course of caloric deficiency, and remain patient.

Go through the database items that you use and double-check that they are accurate.

You should to open your diary to the public. There maybe something you need to fix.

You've lost 35 pounds in 2 months?! That is amazing and a true achievement. Are you truly in a plateau, or just now losing at the rate of us mere mortals?! ;)

Hang in there! As you weigh less you'll have to adjust your intake as carrying around that 35 lbs was burning extra calories.

The chart is our general 'I'm stuck" but sometimes we can't help. If you could unlock your diary at least temporarily so we could look and see if anything sticks out to us it would be something else to try. (right now you're diary is set to a password)

I opened it. It may not be the most accurate representation, as I have slacked some days because of frustration. Looking at least at the last month should give an idea of my eating. Thank u.

I see a lot of un-weighed solids. 2 slices and 2 scoops and things like that. Weigh all solids and any liquids that have grams on the label.

The first step to troubleshooting is going to be to log everything, everyday, preferably before you consume it. You won't be able to narrow down the problem without accurate data.

Thank you! Always wonder how to get MFP to track calories in the form that you want (oz, grams etc). Is there a way to do this? Thank you.

What I've done is to enter all items that I use into My Foods without sharing with the database so that I have complete control over them. I can customize the name, choose the unit of measurement that I want, and I know that it's as accurate as possible at the time I enter it. It takes some time to do initially but makes things much faster and easier in the long run.

You've got to hunt down the entry. A lot of them are entered by users and can be wrong sadly. I've probably upset more than one person changing a serving size to oz.
I see you're in a Harris Teeter shopping area as well.

I looked at the 2/1-2/20 and here's what stuck out to me. There were 4 days not logged, 11 days look like they were only partially logged, or way under calories. Hear me out on this one, because I'm not saying you didn't watch what you ate and just didn't fill it out. Just from my perspective, I see a lot of missing entries which could be filling in some holes. Again, not with you but we've seen it before where people will say "oh I just didn't want to log XYZ". and lo and behold there's the reasons why we're not seeing progress. But I just can't say either way.
I assume from your question about entries that you're weighing solid food? I'd tighten up your logging and use those entries, or make your own, and keep an eye on what you know the label says vs what is popping up on your log (the other day on a Starbucks drink someone entered 60 calories less, the snake).

Thank you @Afura I think the culprit is my logging. I guess I just got to a point of thinking I "knew" the foods that I had been eating and their calorie contents. Thank you again!!
