Everyday wherever I get bored i turn to watching television, surfing the internet on my smartphone or laptop, or food because I hate exercising. I don't have a car so I'm homebound and can't go anywhere. What are some ideas for me When I start getting bored ?

Read a book. Go for a walk or run.3

It sounds like you have some good goals, and good reasons for wanting to lose weight.
You have no hobbies?
Your house doesn't need cleaning?
Your yard (or a neighbor's) doesn't need work?
You have no neighbors who would appreciate a visitor once in a while? Maybe one who's older or invalid who needs a little help with things now & then?
Suggestions:- Clean the house. Put on music & dance (close the curtains) while you do it, or listen to an audiobook (get them free through the library; ours even has them online to download).
- Do laundry; sort out old clothes or those that don't fit. Motivating to get rid of things that are too large! Save one shirt &/or pair of pants that are the largest, so when you get to a healthy weight you can clearly see how far you've come.
- Garden (when the weather allows), or shovel snow (when required). Heck, go play in the snow!
- Go for a walk. Do you have a park nearby where you could walk or play basketball or frisbee? Do you have a neighbor with a dog that would appreciate going for a walk with you, or playing ball? Start a small business pet-sitting & dog walking. You have the exercise & money, the dogs have fun.
- Volunteer http://indyhub.org/volunteer/ (Might be a problem with transport.)
- Learn a craft. Try for something that keeps your hands busy so you can't eat. Again, start at the library. Ask the staff to help you find the craft how-to section, then browse until something looks interesting. Something like knitting can be learned from a book or video, & you might find supplies on freecycle, craigslist, or in garage sales for much cheaper than a store.
- Is there a school nearby where you could volunteer a few hours 1 day a week?
- Look on freecycle or craigslist for a bicycle. It's easy exercise & gives you a wider range. Maybe even make it to the library. They need volunteers too.
- Read a book. Write a book. Read to someone else. Write poetry. Write a diary.
- Cook. Try something new, maybe even a bit complicated, that will take time & be special. Putting more effort into cooking makes me appreciate things more when I eat them. Recipes online or (again) try the library.
- Make a Little Free Library for your yard. https://littlefreelibrary.org/
- Do you have any musical ability? Try freecycle or craigslist again for an instrument you either know or want to learn. Keeps your hands & sometimes mouth busy... less opportunity to eat.

Thought of a couple more, can't edit previous post now...
- Write a letter. Tell someone you love them. People save letters & cards for posterity, not emails.
- Call a friend.
- Write your elected reps & tell them what you think. Some can be done online.
- Make a motivation list - why are you wanting to get healthy? What do you want to be able to do that you can't now?
- Make a list of small inexpensive rewards, maybe draw one from a jar for each 10 lb you lose. I've gotten colorful socks, new earbuds (to go with the audiobooks, or plug into the cardio machines when I'm able to use the gym), nail polish, shower gel... Just _don't_ use food! (Except perhaps if you plan a picnic in a park. That's a whole experience, not just food.)
- Write out a chart / list of every 10 lb you're going to lose, every time you'll drop into a lower BMI number, etc. Leave room for the date next to the weight. Put it up where you can see your progress.

Walk. Even if it is only two minutes today. Then increase it by a minute or two a week.
Your body will thank you. You'll start to get more energy. You'll feel happier.0 -
My library even has fishing poles!!
Such a great list above.0 -

Why are you homebound? Unless you can't physically do so, take a walk. You might enjoy looking around the area you live. I walked 5km yesterday, the furthest I've walked in probably 12 months. I quite enjoyed it, it passed an hour away and it gave me some calories - which in the end I didn't even need, so more fat burned.0 -
Get a workout DVD, put it in your laptop and exercise. If you can't afford to buy one go to the local library and borrow it for few weeks. Or go on line for exercises websites.
Organize your drawers or closets. Heck we all need to do that anyway; things do get out of place quite often.1 -
