Slowly coming out of a slump, long way to go

Kind of looking for some extra support and thought I'd give here a shot. Been in a slump for months gaining and loosing the same 5 pounds. Kicked my butt in gear just over a week ago but I want it to stick. I still have 90lb to my goal weight, I've lost 38 so far but staying on track has proven to be difficult at times!

    Wishing you well. I had a 90 lb loss and it was long term process for me. Sometimes maintaining for a while is ok. You find out how to live on less calories. Its the lifestlye thing lol.

    For weight los..go back to basics. You know what to do. Log your food accurately. I like the approach of adapting a few new habits vs a total overhaul.

    And sometimes its discipline instead of motivation. Like going to work or school. You just do it.
